WHY TWO MEALS A DAY?

Hello, my dear friends of life in my heavenly Turkey, whose health is precious, whose hearts are kind, whose souls are beautiful, and who are full of awareness.

Most of us now know that obesity is a social and serious health problem that can have psychological and medical complications. The strong feeling that we know but try to cover up is; Being overweight is often perceived as a crime.

Excess weight, the plague of our time, is rapidly spreading among our society and children, along with diabetes. Serious dietary mistakes, which open the door to many diseases, including cancer, are only now being discovered by medical science.

Even in the prevention of cancer types and diabetes, according to world-renowned scientists, the intermittent fasting system, which is now considered the only system, is very important for overall health. The reality that has been realized is this:

Our genes haven’t changed since the Stone Age, when we were hunter-gatherer societies. These genes are vital for us and our children in today’s advanced modern society. Because while our genes haven’t changed, the conditions have. Communication breakdowns, behavioral disorders, dangerous types of depression, cities covered in radiation fields – it’s all like a giant bubble. And we live inside it. Carcinogenic, artificial substances are readily available, readily accessible, and we can eat plenty of these trap foods and drinks whenever we want to satisfy our mental and physical needs. We don’t need to hunt by throwing spears or arrows.

A true friend tells the bitter truth. To be frank, you will read this, but perhaps only 10 out of 100 people will actually take precautions for their family and loved ones, out of genuine “intention and love.”

Why?

Because the genes haven’t changed…

WEEKLY AWARENESS NOTE
Looking at scientific studies, experiments, and experimental results, I believe that frequent and uninterrupted eating patterns are a psychological PR tactic, memorized and taught to dieticians, that triggers disease development and fundamentally undermines public health.

The most recent research also shows that previous systems were definitely not based on scientific principles. To see this, you only need to examine cancer cases in recent years.

I believe that, for our psychological and physiological health, if you consume two meals a day consisting of scientifically based, specially formulated healthy foods (excluding individual, medical, and professional goals), nothing much will change in your life other than being strong and healthy every year when Ramadan arrives.
