Hello, my dear friends of life in my heavenly Turkey, whose health is precious, whose hearts are kind, whose souls are beautiful, and who are full of awareness.
In this article, I wanted to have a conversation about a topic that I frequently hear about. I believe that through this conversation, we can hold a mirror up to both our own inner worlds and the perceptions of those we interact with.
When an individual doesn’t find their own achievements or qualities “enviable” in their social environment, they begin to send “I’m here” messages.
An individual who becomes withdrawn and loses their sense of self due to anxiety is often unaware of this and expresses the suppressed emotions (repressed into their subconscious) using contradictory adjectives.
The most common ‘adjective pairs’, such as assertive-shy, confident-suspicious, and nervous-relaxed, often emerge without the individual being aware of it.
For example, an individual who posts very relaxed and “enviable” messages on social media (selfies, etc.) may exhibit “nervous-shy” behavior when socializing with people or groups with whom they have emotional contact.
Contrasting attributes are like a process of repressed emotions surfacing. The individual is not actually who they are, but rather the opposite of the personality they try to project. We can use this situation as an example of unhealthy internal communication.
Another hidden rule of unhealthy internal communication is “perfectionism.” In everything one does, every word one says, every test one faces in life, one expects oneself to be perfect. I think this is a pathological condition passed down from family to children – from generation to generation. The individual is often not even aware of this behavior.
Most things in a person’s life are for show, done to please others. The person frequently sends “I’m here” messages. The standards are set by others, outside of the individual.
I think these leaks originating from the subconscious make a person not themselves, but someone in competition with themselves.
Stay well and with love…
