Recent scientific research indicates the severe physiological consequences for human health caused by chronic anger that becomes central to one’s life and persists.
When we succumb to anger, which takes over the center of our lives, our nervous system triggers a series of biological reactions, and the surge in stress hormones caused by anger can lead to serious health problems in our bodies.
We tend to think of anger as a part of life, an emotion inherent in life. However, at the top of the dozens of factors that contribute to the emergence of anger is the unhealthy family environment in which the individual grows up. This psychological environment, lasting for years, wears down the person as much as biological factors.
In an environment where all these emotional states, which eventually develop into chronic anger, affect and trigger personality disorders, attention deficit, and anxiety-related behaviors, our youth are unable to discover how prejudices, attitudes, and beliefs are formed and what the interconnected chain between them is.
As a result, we are becoming incapable of producing science and technology. Yet, with our young population, we possess enormous development potential.
Your feelings and thoughts on this topic are important to me. How do you think anger affects us? Thank you in advance for taking the time and effort to share.
With love and respect.
