Dear readers.
Our column on the 12 most beneficial plants in the world last week received great interest from you again. Frankly, I’ve never answered so many questions in such a short time. I try to answer every question you send in the most scientific way possible, and I don’t want to leave anyone unanswered. Knowledge gains meaning and value when it is shared.
We examined eight of the twelve life-changing plants in detail in our previous article. This week is the third and final week of this series. We continue to examine the 12 most beneficial plants in the world. However, this week’s topics are much more beneficial and carry critical medical value. Now it’s time for our ninth plant.
This food has such an effect that I can’t think of any other food that surpasses it. It’s a source of healing that can be used by anyone who wants to stay healthy, fit, and athletic for a lifetime, and “pay attention here,” by people of all ages. I say all ages because; even in the womb, during infancy, your body begins to need the substances contained in this food. It is directly related to brain cells, circulatory system elements such as the heart and blood vessels, and reproductive system elements such as sperm and eggs, which will ensure your healthy and high-quality life. In children and young people with type 1 diabetes, the diabetes status can be reduced by 55% with regular consumption of this food from the age of one. I have given seminars on this food in schools and colleges, and I mentioned it there, and I reiterate it, the active ingredients in this food are directly related to certain specific cell types. The most important of these are undoubtedly brain cells. These active ingredients, which play a major role in the development of brain cells, contribute greatly to the brain development of children and babies.
Especially if you have a young child, regular consumption of this food will be a very good decision for both brain development and the prevention of many diseases. It contains omega-9 and omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, protein, manganese, magnesium, zinc, and many other things; it is extremely beneficial and rich in minerals. Flaxseed is my favorite, as it has a very wide spectrum of benefits, from hair loss and bowel problems to headaches, menstrual issues, stress relief, sleep, and high blood pressure.
Our tenth herb is PRIMROSE OIL, which is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, a type of joint rheumatism affecting the joints, including the jaw joint. It also helps reduce the effects of rheumatoid arthritis, lowers cholesterol, alleviates digestive and respiratory complaints, and reduces premenstrual problems in women. However, it should never be used during pregnancy. Eleventh is another interesting herb: SILVER BUTTON. This herb relaxes blood vessels in the brain, reduces migraine headaches, decreases inflammation in tissues and joints, is beneficial for joint pain and rheumatic pain, and helps lower high fever. It is also extremely beneficial for psoriasis and eczema patients. It has a structure similar to chamomile. Our twelfth and final herb is GARLIC, which provides resistance against microbes and viruses, is extremely beneficial in lowering cholesterol and high blood pressure, balances blood sugar, and is quite effective in fighting cancer.
Wishing you good health, dear friends and valued readers.
