MOTHER AND INFANT HEALTH

I believe there are several important points we need to focus on regarding the health of both mother and baby.

Those who want to have a healthy pregnancy should pay attention to the biological and psychological preparation process before pregnancy. The mother’s childhood experiences, her relationship with her spouse and family, and her environment before birth all have a positive or negative impact on the baby.

The first three months, especially after fertilization, are a critical period. This is because the embryo has not yet fully developed its defense mechanisms, and its organs are still forming. During this time, both the mother’s external and internal nourishment are crucial. Furthermore, illnesses, medications, alcohol, stimulants, certain toxic chemicals, and the radiation fields we are unknowingly exposed to daily can dangerously affect the embryo, which is trying to absorb nutrients and oxygen from the mother’s blood.

Avoiding problems and having a healthy pregnancy depends on the expectant mother’s habits, choices, and behaviors. This is because pregnancy is a unique process for women, outside of normal life, where the emotional world is delicate, routine habits are abandoned, and special rules apply.
