The clearest and most significant sign of aging is a decline in the ability to withstand sleep deprivation and a decrease in endurance capacity.
The Ageless Body Epigenetic Recovery Program doesn’t just stop this process, it completely reverses it, drastically slowing down the time-controlled DNA methylation. The gap between biological age and chronological age widens progressively.
If the message one cell writes to communicate with another is written incorrectly, no matter what you do, you won’t achieve lasting, lifelong results.
That’s what epigenetics is for.
If the gap between biological age and chronological age is gradually narrowing, the main signs of aging, which I will discuss below, begin to manifest regardless of chronological age. When these symptoms start to threaten your quality of life, you go to the doctor and have some tests done.
However, some crucial tests in a fairly routine blood test are either skipped or life-saving data is overlooked because cross-referencing is not done during the consultation.
Sadly, the solution to some of the most persistent and intractable diseases, such as psychological and psychiatric illnesses, heart attack risk, vascular disorders, and obesity, lies right there: understanding how blood vessels behave.
RESISTANCE TO INSOMNIA
The body’s response to sleep deprivation is a very important indicator of aging. Regardless of your age, if you experience decreased neuropsychological motivation, lack of motivation, weakness, and eventually a complete loss of energy the day after a sleep-deprived day, things are not going well for you. The most serious side effect of this is a weakened immune system, making you more susceptible to all kinds of diseases.
Remember?
During youth When you were sleep deprived for a day, was there any decrease in your cognitive function at school or physical function at work? Your answer to this question is of critical importance.
ENDURANCE CAPACITY
One of the biggest signs of aging is a decline in physical performance and endurance. How far can you walk in cold weather, or how fast can you walk? Can you tackle nature walks and steep inclines without getting out of breath? Endurance capacity is especially vital, regardless of age – children, teenagers, or the elderly.
Skin firmness, tightness, and age spots (lentigo senilis)
The products used change the product significantly, resulting in fit, firm, toned, and vibrant skin, and a feeling of liberation. Skin discoloration is also a sign of aging. This is linked to the presence of melanin and lipofuscin, which contains both sugar and a high concentration of fat; these cause the appearance of excessive and abnormally dark spots on the skin, a process you can easily measure by looking at a person’s hands.
All the health disasters that have befallen us or are about to befall us are linked to methylation in DNA.
Our DNA isn’t what it used to be. It’s broken and damaged. Our DNA is no longer as strong as it once was. We can tell this from the methyl groups.
A wound opened in your body, and your body sent a treatment to repair it. Let’s even say it has scabbed over. DNA works on the same principle. There are so many breaks and wounds in DNA that trigger rapid aging; imagine your body has formed hundreds of scabs in response.
This is how our DNA repairs those breaks and wounds: with methyl groups, which in biochemistry we call CH3 groups. These wounds are covered with methyl, like a scab. What happens if our DNA doesn’t cover these faulty regions with methyl to prevent gene reading?
Cancer!
When I examine my clients’ DNA, I always see an increase in methylation. Sometimes, even a physical examination is enough to confirm this, because there are so many breaks in the DNA.
Primarily due to the Covid-19 pandemic, lives struggling with obesity and insulin resistance, hair dyes, lipsticks, Botox, fillers, and epilation procedures that damage hair follicles and apocryphal glands – all of these are causing the most damage to the human brain.
The increasing and likely further increase in murders, erratic behavior, suicides, record levels of antidepressant use, and the accompanying constant comparison of everyone’s life to another’s, the ambition to win, the perpetual struggle and the resulting depression, rising individual expectations, and the increasing level of unhappiness; all these factors are reducing the resilience capacity of our DNA day by day.
I wish you good health.
