Most people think of age as a number.
For example, 25, 37, or 68, but age isn’t really about how many birthdays you’ve had; it’s more about how much energy you have left, how clear your mind is, and how well your body can move and perform tasks. Most people think aging is inevitable; so how is it that some people remain vigorous at 80 while others struggle with illness at 40?

It wouldn’t be misleading to say that we often take much better care of our cars, even making sure not to skip maintenance at the slightest sign of trouble. Just as an engine or vehicle wears out and breaks down faster over time if it’s not maintained, the human body undergoes a similar process when it doesn’t receive the necessary care and attention – appropriate to the conditions of our time. The human body goes through a similar process: your posture deteriorates, your energy levels drop, your metabolism slows down and then breaks down, your joints begin to ache, and worst of all, your mental clarity decreases, and your stress tolerance drops. All of this isn’t just wear and tear caused by time; the main reason is that the body doesn’t receive enough of the basic support it needs to stay strong and healthy.
Because most people say, “Oh, I don’t want to get that old.” That’s not the point. Two people can live to be 90, but one might be sick at 40 while the other remains very healthy until 90.
I want you to completely change your thinking about your body. The next time you look in the mirror, look at yourself carefully and realize that ninety percent of what you see isn’t there anymore, and even more than that, it’s completely different.
The reason for this is:
Your body constantly renews its cells; in fact, you replace almost all of them—ninety percent—within a year. Even our gut lining is completely replaced every three to five days. You get new taste buds every ten days, new skin every month, and a new liver every 45 days.
So your body isn’t like a statue carved in stone; it constantly reshapes itself, but how well it can rebuild depends on the quality of the parts you provide and the signals you maintain within your body, your inner environment.
Your unique body – unique to itself – People need many things. However, there is also a lot of misinformation. This is information that can easily jeopardize human lives, causing organ failure, metabolic disorders, and worst of all, neurological disorders.
Your unique body – unique to itself – It needs many things. But without the right signals, your body can’t do anything, and you shouldn’t think of your body as something with aging parts; in fact, our body is a system that doesn’t age, but repair is so important that countless failed attempts at repair will inevitably cost you dearly.
Here’s an interesting example: let’s say your knee hurts. You go to the doctor, they do an X-ray or other imaging, and they see that your left knee is in good condition while your right knee is worn down. But how is it that both knees are exactly the same age cellularly, yet only your right knee is worn down? The reason is that both knees are actually worn down, but different signaling environments, different signaling patterns in the body, allow one to repair itself while the other doesn’t. This is where accelerated aging, or degeneration as it is often called, occurs; when there is a lack of support for the parts and cells of the body, when there is an imbalance between the different types of support you provide, and when there is insufficient support.
When I say “support,” please don’t think of it as vitamins, minerals, etc.
I talk about all of these things frequently in my seminars, but there’s one big question that most people don’t really understand. That question is, what does the body actually need? Because we provide the most accurate answer to this question without any margin of error, our clients who participate in the Ageless Body Epigenetic Recovery Program return to the health data they had in their youth.
I really like to talk about the health triad at this point. People sometimes get one or two parts right, but rarely do they understand what all three are and put them all together at once. The human body has certain needs, and when I say needs, I want you to take it very seriously because these are not ‘options.’ I’m not saying you should try to do some of them if you feel like it or have the opportunity. Because these are very serious needs, things the body must have, and they fall into three categories:
I want you to understand that you shouldn’t perceive the three things mentioned above as laws of nature. There are established forces and fundamental principles operating within your body that are subject to certain natural laws, just like the law of gravity. You can try to break or ignore this law, but I assure you that gravity will always prevail. I also want to emphasize that these three factors are infinitely interconnected. They overlap, they all influence each other; in fact, everything in the body can affect everything else.
The main cause of all health problems in today’s conditions is our rapidly aging cells and quickly deteriorating DNA. Considering that each individual’s genetic makeup is unique, and the genetic basis and DNA structures of every disease are specific to the individual and family, the critical importance of genetic counseling is undeniable.
I wish you good health.
