Today, modern life and our environment, especially the psychological and biological stress we experience, are draining us more than ever. One of the signs of rapid aging, resulting from the gradual deterioration of our DNA, is low stress tolerance, where even small things seem excessive – leading to outbursts of anger – and a crucial part of our brain is severely damaged.

Do you know people who get angry easily?

Do you get angry easily when you’re in traffic or when you feel you’ve been treated unfairly?

Do you feel anger when you watch the news?

Because our most basic human need is that our existence and emotions are not ignored. When we feel worthless, our stress tolerance threshold decreases, and we feel anger. The most important factors determining this critical threshold are the body’s current metabolic state, immune responses, the existing structural integrity of DNA, and the biochemical processes the body is undergoing.

Even small, very small things begin to become overwhelming and unbearable…

It can also manifest as sudden outbursts or fits of anger that we can’t control. And one of the things that can happen here is that the DNA methylation and detoxification process, like everything else in the body, consumes energy; ATP, the basic energy unit, is used in this phase.

However, ATP production also decreases because toxins require ATP for their own elimination and also interfere with its production. As a result, less ATP will be available for the frontal lobe. Therefore, the frontal lobe, as its name suggests, is the part of the brain located at the very front. And about eighty-five to ninety percent of its job is to inhibit, that is, to shut things down. That’s what it does.

And think of it like a light bulb.

If you have a hundred-watt light bulb, that power now allows it to shut down, to block, many things: many stresses, many outbursts, many tantrums. These are things that arise, but the frontal lobe shuts them down; it controls them. The frontal lobe also oversees stress management. In fact, stress is all about survival; for example, that sudden fight-or-flight response needed to escape a bus. But the frontal lobe needs to look at it, calm it down, and control the amount of stress. So if there is less ATP available for the frontal lobe, all these things that are now arising will basically get out of control.

Another name for this is sympathetic escape.

But the real challenge begins right here, because when that sympathetic nervous system is uncontrollably activated—that is, when we experience that increased stress—we also shift the distribution of blood flow in our brain in a different direction. Normally, when we are in a calm state, in the process of thinking and evaluating, there is a high flow of blood to the frontal lobe of our brain.

But when we are under stress, we begin to give automatic, instinctive responses; in other words, we behave like an animal at a lower level in the intelligence chain.

Our executive function capacity is significantly reduced, and blood flow shifts towards much more primitive functions such as reacting, fleeing, and fighting.

In human life, both genetic changes and biochemical balance in the body, as well as changes and balance in relationships and communication, determine the longevity of life.

Maintaining healthy social and interpersonal relationships, which are among the factors that trigger rapid aging, is critically important:

  1. The balance between belonging and being an individual;
  2. To be valued, to be cared for;
  3. To be accepted, not judged;
  4. To be valued, to be seen as an indispensable part of a larger whole;
  5. To be trustworthy means to be reliable in one’s intentions, knowledge, and abilities;
  6. To be worth the effort and time, to be worthy of love.

Whether our relationship with another person is healthy and strong or weak has the greatest impact on the brain, and subsequently on the heart. Increased cranial pressure is one of the first of these dangerous effects.

Increased intracranial pressure and joint pain often occur when we cannot pinpoint a clear trigger. Our brain tissue, blood, and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) normally create a pressure of 7-15 mmHg within the skull. If stress, stress-induced biochemical changes in the body, toxins, or toxin-induced biochemical changes raise this pressure to 15 mmHg or higher, it signals an approaching serious danger.

And this happens because if there is an increase, an accumulation, of waste and toxins – as I wrote earlier in this series of articles, this enters the brain because it crosses the blood-brain barrier – so what do you think will happen in this case?

We will also experience neuroinflammation, which will cause changes in blood flow to the brain, or cerebral blood flow. And when there are changes in blood flow, we will also experience changes in pressure in the brain.

This situation is deadly…

Changes in brain blood flow (BP)—too low (hypoperfusion) or too high (hyperfusion)—dangerously impair the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to brain tissue, leading to cell death, stroke, and cognitive decline. This impaired regulation results in chronic dementia, vascular dysfunction, and acute, life-threatening brain damage.

The main dangers of impaired brain blood flow:

Ischemic Stroke: Blocked oxygen supply cuts off brain cells, causing them to die within minutes.

Cognitive Decline and Dementia: Low blood pressure is associated with chronic hypoperfusion, accelerated cognitive decline, vascular dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease.

A person’s ability to experience wholeness in physiological, psychological, and social terms is entirely dependent on their DNA. DNA repair is the only key to true freedom and a return to lost years – a great and miraculous second chance.
