THE NEXT DAY

Dear readers.

Over the past three weeks, our series on the 12 most beneficial plants in the world has received great interest from you. First of all, I want to thank you for your sensitivity. We are approaching the end of August. Schools will be opening soon. I will soon be resuming my seminars, which I give annually in educational institutions. However, there is a situation I frequently encounter and sadly witness: obesity, diabetes, and the resulting psychological effects among students. This medical condition often affects even fifth-grade students.

It seems we often postpone important issues that we, as a society, need to pay attention to and think about, with a “tomorrow” mentality. But have you ever considered where this is leading our children’s psychological health?

Given the current situation, this week I wanted to discuss two important nutrients that can significantly alter the psychological and biological balance in both your and your children’s health, along with the timing and dosage of their consumption. I hope that in the upcoming academic year, we will have a better chance to intervene more effectively in this unfortunate medical situation affecting our children, who are the guarantee of our future. As parents, I hope this week’s column will resonate more deeply with you and that my recommendations will be implemented without delay.

Our first food is cinnamon, a miraculous plant that has been the subject of much experimental research in recent years. The substances and effects of this food are quite interesting. Studies show that consuming just half a teaspoon of cinnamon a day lowers cholesterol. But what should be emphasized is that cinnamon can treat type 2 diabetes. It has now been proven in clinical studies that just half a teaspoon of cinnamon balances blood sugar. Therefore, it is one of our greatest aids in weight control.

As you all know, the processed meats, processed foods, and processed sugary drinks that we knowingly allow our children to eat are enough to disrupt the hormonal balance of their tiny bodies in ways that can sometimes be irreversible. This dark journey, which begins with an innocent little slice or sip, is like a dead end. Biologically, these children reach a point where it becomes impossible to control them. At the point where addiction begins, even if you exert as much psychological pressure as you can, there is something that is beyond the control of both you and the children: biological addiction. The most effective factor causing this is the constant fluctuation of blood sugar and the loss of function of the hormones responsible for keeping it balanced.

Families who fail to take precautions may, I regret to say, witness their children walking around with insulin syringes in their youth. I have witnessed this myself. Therefore, it is my duty to warn you. A friend tells the bitter truth. I must mention that the miraculous spice CINNAMON increases brain activity and is a good tonic for the brain. This means children with higher concentration, faster learning, and less forgetting. Look at countries like the USA and the UK, which have suffered damage from these types of medical issues as much as war expenses. Many foods contain CINNAMON and GINGER. Even their sodas. CINNAMON also treats nervous tension and prevents memory loss. If you consume it, there will be no trace of acidic conditions in your body.

I get asked a lot of times, “Professor, where do you get this energy for cardio every morning at sunrise?” Consume it. Your morning fatigue will disappear. I guarantee it. I would have liked to talk more about this food in the seminar, but I have to stop here for now.

And ginger. High in nutritional value, rich in vitamin B6, vitamin C, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, manganese, and fiber, it’s an invaluable asset for anyone aiming for fitness and athleticism. Ginger is used in the treatment of serious illnesses such as heart disease and cancer. It stimulates blood circulation and increases body temperature.

Does that ring a bell? Ginger increases your metabolic rate. It triggers you to burn fat easily. I should warn you, adults should not exceed 4 grams per day. It should also not be used in children under two years old. If you dream of a flat, aesthetic stomach, you should definitely consume it. But please, in appropriate doses. Ginger also has the ability to quickly relieve digestive problems such as bloating and colic.

Nature and the intelligence we possess are like a pharmacy filled with miracles. The important thing is which shelf we look at. The important thing is taking precautions before it’s too late. We love you.

Stay healthy and with love.
