PSYCHOLOGICAL BENEFITS OF SWIMMING

Dear readers.

In our article last week, we examined in detail why staying fit and athletic, especially burning fat, becomes so much more difficult after the age of 35. This week, we’re sharing the secrets to a fit lifestyle. We’ll discuss the rule of not eating close to bedtime, the effects of proteins on staying slim from the moment they enter the body, and then a fat-burning and very healthy food. I believe this week’s information is crucial for both your health and the health of your children.

Eating close to bedtime causes our body temperature to rise. This also leads to psychological distress throughout the night. Unfortunately, a significant number of people who wake up in the mornings feeling low on motivation, tense, anxious, and harboring silent anger are repeating this mistake.

However, we need to cool down when we go to bed. Why? Because if you don’t cool down before going to bed, the hormones that should be released during sleep won’t be released. We’ll be blocking them ourselves. On the other hand, airing out your bedroom an hour before bed and keeping it at a relatively cool temperature will help you burn fat and sleep soundly until morning.

Your room should be pitch black while you sleep, and there shouldn’t be any electronic devices plugged in. Keeping your feet warm and regulating the temperature there is also important. A good quality sock will do the trick. When all these conditions come together, in the early morning hours, your body will begin to secrete growth hormone (HGH), a very critical hormone, and the fatty acids in your blood will be ready to be burned. This is the greatest opportunity a person can have. HGH is such an important fat-burning and tissue-repairing hormone that it controls everything from your mood to your overall energy and activity levels that day. All you have to do is burn those fatty acids. Between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM, swim or cycle somehow, no matter what.

I don’t know if you noticed, but I wrote “face first” if you have the chance. That means I’m asking you to work all your muscles at the same time.

Swimming is almost the only type of exercise that has a direct and significant positive impact on human psychology, both in children and adults.

Another secret to staying healthy and fit is protein. I want to explain why protein is important. When you eat protein, it goes down to your stomach and does something else important besides making you feel full. It goes down to the intestines. There are many cells in the walls of the small intestine, and these cells detect protein and send signals. The protein is digested, and hormones are released into the bloodstream. So where does it go? There is a large nerve around the intestines called the “tenth nerve.” It goes all the way to the brain, and this nerve sends the message to the brain that you are full.

And guess what? You stop eating.

Protein is therefore very important. So how much protein should we consume daily? This is one of the questions I get asked most often. My answer is very clear. It’s a matter of supply and demand. The answer depends on your goals and current medical condition. A mistake many people make is failing to establish this ratio and relying on hearsay and urban legends. However, from a general perspective, we should get 35% of our daily calories from protein. So, at every meal, you should look at your plate and ask yourself, “Am I eating protein?” Protein balances hormones, suppresses appetite, and keeps your metabolism working throughout the day. So which proteins burn the most fat? The best are proteins with the least fat and that fight inflammation. These trigger hormones that go from the stomach to the brain, signaling satiety. My favorite is eggs because they are a great example of what I’m talking about. Eggs are a very effective food. When you eat eggs in the morning, you eat less throughout the day. The white is protein, and the yolk is a good source of healthy fats. These fats suppress your appetite and make you feel fuller. You can eat two eggs in the morning, or four egg whites and one yolk. This way you won’t get hungry easily and you’ll be more energetic throughout the day. Adding the yolk to the white is a good idea because the yolk contains the building blocks of hormones like estrogen and progesterone, which help you stay young and slim.

And then there’s cheese, of course. Why is cheese such an important source of protein? If you increase your protein intake from 15% to 30% without doing anything else, you’ll lose weight, your appetite will decrease, and your hormones will be balanced. That’s an important tip. And I can’t forget to mention the amazing whey. Want to burn fat? Then add whey to your omelet or muesli. With its high nutritional value and organic L-Carnitine content, I highly recommend it. Don’t neglect it and give it a try.

Stay healthy and with love.
