Bu manzara kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u00fclkemin gelece\u011fi ad\u0131na \u00e7ok \u00fcz\u00fcl\u00fcyorum.\u2019\u2019<\/p><p>G\u00fclderen \u00f6\u011fretm<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">eni dinledik\u00e7e i\u00e7imi bir h\u00fcz\u00fcn kapl\u0131yor. Bu konudaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerimi sizlerle payla\u015fmak istiyorum.<\/span><\/p><div class=\"text_exposed_show\"><p>Ekmek ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n s\u0131k\u00e7a t\u00fcketti\u011fi besinler \u00e7ok tehlikeli ve sinsi bir d\u00fc\u015fman olan gluten i\u00e7eriyor. Bu madde, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n beyin bariyerini ge\u00e7ip orada \u2018\u2019morfin resept\u00f6rlerine\u2019\u2019 oturuyor ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ekmek ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131s\u0131 (morfin ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131s\u0131) yap\u0131yor.<\/p><p>Okul bulu\u015fmalar\u0131nda birinci s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011frencilerden s\u0131k\u00e7a \u015funu duyuyorum: \u2018\u2019Hocam, ben ekmek yemezsem doyam\u0131yorum.\u2019\u2019\u00a0<\/p><p>Ekmek ve ekme\u011fin i\u00e7indeki gluten sadece ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k yapm\u0131yor. \u00c7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131rsak yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ve ba\u011f\u0131rsak duvar ge\u00e7irgenli\u011fini de bozarak; ba\u015fta depresyon ve \u015fizofreni olmak \u00fczere \u00e7ocuklarda dikkat da\u011f\u0131n\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131, uykusuzluk, asabilik, kilo problemleri gibi etkilere yol a\u00e7\u0131yor.<\/p><p>Emek ve zaman ay\u0131r\u0131p bu konu hakk\u0131ndaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini payla\u015fan anne ve babalar\u0131n yorumlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki linkte sizlerle payla\u015fmak istiyorum.
