Bestandteil des Lebens wird und anh\u00e4lt. <\/p><p>Wenn wir der Wut erliegen, die den Mittelpunkt unseres Lebens einnimmt, l\u00f6st unser Nervensystem eine Reihe biologischer Reaktionen aus, und der durch die Wut verursachte Anstieg der Stresshormone kann zu ernsthaften gesundheitlichen Problemen in unserem K\u00f6rper f\u00fchren.<\/p><div class=\"text_exposed_show\"><p>Wir neigen dazu, Wut als Teil des Lebens zu betrachten, als eine dem Leben innewohnende Emotion. Doch an der Spitze der vielen Faktoren, die zur Entstehung von Wut beitragen, steht das ungesunde famili\u00e4re Umfeld, in dem der Mensch aufw\u00e4chst. Dieses \u00fcber Jahre andauernde psychische Umfeld zehrt den Menschen ebenso stark aus wie biologische Faktoren.  <\/p><p>In einem Umfeld, in dem all diese emotionalen Zust\u00e4nde, die sich schlie\u00dflich zu chronischem \u00c4rger entwickeln, Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsst\u00f6rungen, Aufmerksamkeitsdefizite und angstbedingte Verhaltensweisen beeinflussen und ausl\u00f6sen, sind unsere Jugendlichen nicht in der Lage zu entdecken, wie Vorurteile, Einstellungen und \u00dcberzeugungen entstehen und welche Wechselwirkungen zwischen ihnen bestehen. <\/p><p>Infolgedessen sind wir zunehmend unf\u00e4hig, Wissenschaft und Technologie hervorzubringen. Dabei verf\u00fcgen wir mit unserer jungen Bev\u00f6lkerung \u00fcber ein enormes Entwicklungspotenzial.  <\/p><p>Ihre Gef\u00fchle und Gedanken zu diesem Thema sind mir wichtig.
